Product Return Instructions
Apple N Berry requires return merchandise authorization to keep track of inventory, product quality, and customer service issues. But don't worry, it's really easy!
AGo to Login Page
Just login to www.applenberry.com by clicking the login button at the top of our web site.
BEnter Username and Password
Enter your e-mail address and password found in the welcome e-mail that was send to you after your first purchase at www.applenberry.com. If you can't find this e-mail, just select the Forgot Your Password? link to reset your account password. An e-mail will be sent you you immediately with a new password.
CSelect Product Returns
After login, you will be redirected to your account dashboard. In the My Account menu on the right, select Product Returns.
DRequest New RMA
On the Product Returns page, select the Request New RMA button.
ESelect Order
On the RMA form, select the order that includes the product(s) you want to return. Note that only order that were processed through www.applenberry.com will appear here. If your order number does not appear here, please contact Apple N Berry support with your order number and associated e-mail address.
FEnter Product Quantities
Next, select the quantity of each product from this order that you'd like to return.
GPackage Opened Status
Now select the Package Opened status to let us know if the package is open or unopened.
HSelect Request Type
Under Request Type, select the action you'd like to take. If you select Refund, your funds can only be returned to you through the same method funds were paid. If you select Replacement, we will send you the the same product or a different product that meets your request. If you select Credit, we will retain funds for you to use on other Apple N Berry products and services.
IExplain Product Return Details
In the Info text area, please explain any problems you has with your product and the reason for return. We will surely try to help you solve any issue before proceeding with a product return, but rest assured we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
JSubmit Product Return Request
Finally, select Submit Request to complete your RMA. We will process your product return request in the order received, which could take up to three (3) business days. If you have any questions about your RMA status, login back into your account and visit the Product Returns page.
